In this Level I Reiki class, students will learn the basics of Reiki, including the history, the Reiki Principles, and the importance of daily Self Reiki. Students will learn how to customize the Reiki techniques to use on others. After receiving the Level I attunement, students will have time to "practice" on themselves and their fellow classmates.
Class Time: 9am to 4pm
